The product must be returned with the original label, purchase receipt, without any stains, unwashed, and without any odor.

The return period is within 30 DAYS.

The return policy does not apply to products in the discount program.

MND does not accept product returns that do not meet the aforementioned conditions.

MND only offer size exchange for return products and refund for defected products due to manufaturing.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when exchanging items, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects and is reported after the customer receives the product.

The entire return process must be completed within 30 days from the delivery date, unless otherwise specified by the Customer Service unit. International returns may be transferred to the International Order Processing Center within 24 hours of receipt for processing.

The return processing time may be the same as or longer than the normal processing time due to additional processing time required.
