SHIPPING METHOD:
* Our international shipping carrier for your country location and GHTK for domestic order.
DELIVERY TIME:
* From 03 - 07 BUSINESS DAYS for domestic orders and the delivery time depends on the shipping carrier for international orders.
DELIVERY COST:
* Domestic: FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders (not applicable for sale items)
* International: 25$ for all orders | Free Shipping for orders +$250.

* Delivery times are stated in business days.
* MACH NHA DUONG is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carrier especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick.
* MACH NHA DUONG will not be responsible for any lost orders that are not due to our error. Additionally, we will not issue refunds or send replacement parcels. We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
* Please note, MACH NHA DUONG is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
* Please be adviced that we are not responsible for any extra import Taxes required by local authorities.
* In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, shipping carrier will attempt re-delivery. If shipping carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by shipping carrier's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
